Barrett Civil Engineering were appointed by the JV which is made up of Costain, Skanska, Balfour Beatty & Carillion to construct 13 number bridge structures on what is Highways England most expensive project to date. We supplied all labour, plant, scaffolding and temporary materials. Works began in June 2017 and was complete in 69 weeks as agreed per project plan.
