Barrett Group completed this project for Birse Civils at Saltfleet on an Environmental Agency Scheme .

The works involved all excavation and disposal, FRC works below and above ground, brickwork and stonework cladding to a 400 metre long retaining wall. There was also the reconstruction of an existing access bridge, installation of a temporary access bridge, floodgates and reconstruction of sluice gates.

These works were carried out in compliance with strict environmental and wildlife regulations.

The Group supplied all permanent and temporary materials, plant and skilled labour.
