Barrett Group successfully completed work on this project for a private developer. The site was previously occupied by local shops which had already been demolished prior to arrival on site to commence the groundworks. The 56 bedroom care home was a traditional brick and tile construction however due to the tight site constraints, with roads on all four sides,  a self-erecting tower crane was utilised to achieve the clients programme.
