Barrett Group UK Limited is committed to continually improving our quality procedures, we recognise the need to regularly monitor and review our procedures to maintain a high standard of quality service.

We have set our target for 2022 with our new main objectives being maintaining the accreditation of Achilles, which we are now compliant with, and ISO 9001.  To achieve this we are expanding our procedures in line with the requirements of the certification. We apply these to all our activities in the management of our construction process from tender to contract award, to final handover, achieving the required standards in a cost effective and safe manner.

Responsibility for the implementation and control of our company standards is retained by the Director of the company who is assisted by the off site management within his control and the on site management within the umbrella of the company.

Communicated to all employees is the responsibility for the quality of their own works and meeting the requirements of the company management systems.

Our management system actively monitors our compliance levels providing confidence that the required standards will be consistently achieved through continual improvement to our procedures and overall efficiency.

Our off site management encourage our site employees to report matters related to product quality. We are positively moving forward with monitoring the effectiveness of our systems by internal audits and reviews.
