Buncefield Rebuild Project- Hemel Hempstead

On March 2013 British Pipeline Agency Limited (BPA) began one of its biggest projects in 30 years – Buncefield Aviation Storage Terminal Rebuild Project, after its destruction in the 2005 fire.
